Nestled in one of Guatemala’s three non-volcanic regions, Huehuetenango is renowned for its high-altitude coffee cultivation and dry, unique climate. This region is celebrated for producing some of the finest coffees, with ideal conditions that give each cup a distinctive, vibrant character.

Our Huehuetenango coffee is a Strictly Hard Bean (SHB), a mark of quality that guarantees exceptional beans. Grown at high elevations, where cooler temperatures and intense sunlight allow for slow maturation, this coffee offers a rich, full-bodied taste that’s second to none.

A blend of Typica, Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties, this coffee is processed using the washed method, enhancing its clean, crisp flavours. The beans are handpicked during the January to April harvest, ensuring only the ripest, most flavourful beans make it into each batch.
